ergonomix is a personal ergonomic assistant which monitors our keyboard and mouse activity and helps us structure our computer consumption in a healthy and constructive manner, therefore preventing computer-related injuries from developing.
The main applications for ergonomix are to prevent repetitive stress injuries (RSI) and promote healthy and pain-free computing and to tending the recovery from repetitive stress injuries.
ergonomix achieves this by helping us re-structure our computer custom: it monitors user activity and suggests appropriate times for recovery and micro-breaks; provides a order of stretching exercises designed to unbosom muscular tension and better static pose and it provides ergonomic information on how to consumption our computer in a healthy manner
