SlidesNow!, the first application that allows any Mac OS X user to present slides be on the Internet, has been released. SlidesNow! was designed to shape with Apple's QuickTime Broadcaster to present both slides and be video in a single browser window. There are no plugins (other than QuickTime 6.02+ for video) or players to download. Viewers only want to get Javascript enabled browsers to see the message. Presentations are viewable on both Mac and Windows platforms. SlidesNow! also includes a built-in confabulation plank, enabling viewers to respond with questions and feedback to the presenter. While QuickTime Broadcaster provides the best feel for the viewer, it is not a demand to usage SlidesNow! The presenter may usage the confabulation plank or a telephone connection to communicate with viewers.
